whats the purpose of google services ?

Crash reporting but you can turn it off in the settings

Inside the app. Go to Settings -> Crash Reporting & Analytics

i really don't wish to build any google code is there any quick way of completely removing it ?

i removed libs and gogole-services file and it stuck at Could not get GOOGLE_APP_ID in Google Services file from build environment
