Set priority of individual files within torrent #47

The same as how you can click on a torrent in deluge and set the priority of individual files

I will implement this when I completely overhaul the files tab. I'm going to add the ability to view file size, and delete individual files as well

Additionally it would be awesome to selectively download torrent files.
