Including three scripts in the root in the package #2

The scripts data_source.py, frontend.py, and global_const.py are currently in the root of the directory and not accessible when this repo is installed as a package. Included them in a directory to be included in the package. Also made necessary changes to ensure these scripts are correctly imported withing the package.

Please feel free to recommend a better directory name.
