Aquatic-Elfs have this racial feature, 4x the normal low light vision. Thank you.

Notably Dragonborn of Bahamaut receive scaling LLV, starting at x2 then going to x3 and eventually to x4. True Dragons in core have a similar feature, see their Keen Senses special quality.
