Bug: Fractional base attack option drop to zero salvations

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a blank character
2. Add a class to the created character 2.1. Now character have a +2 bonus on each salvation its class is good on
3. On settings, system settings, set fractional base attack to true
4. Click on save changes
5. Now, going to character salvations, it has been dropped to zero
