Feature Request: Context Notes for Players #844

Currently context notes can't be seen by players. It would be great if context notes could be seen by players to remind them of abilities, bonuses etc.

Or perhaps having player specific context notes?

For example, reminding players they have +1 to saves vs poison, +1 to saving throws vs spells, +2d6 damage against favoured enemies, etc.
