What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.appears Is your phone plugged in? Is it in download/softbrick mode
2.i can't enter to download mode
3. i have installed the drivers
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i try all the steps on Resolution center and nothing
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i tried in Ubuntu but appear the same error
Tried in Windows 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
i Tried to enter with the combination Keys and doesnt work, still showing
"phone ! pc "
