It would be good to do this both for PowerShell and Azure Functions approach

Its already there, if you change the setting 'PBIMONITOR_CatalogGetInfoParameters' to extract the schema & expressions: "lineage=true&datasourceDetails=true&getArtifactUsers=true&datasetSchema=true&datasetExpressions=true" And use the PBI Template: https://github.com/RuiRomano/pbimonitor/blob/main/PBI%20-%20Datasets%20Schema.pbit
