Don't fill the view with a magenta color in release builds #300

Sometimes the window will be flushed in mid-draw and a magenta color will flash 
briefly on screen before the HTML contents were rendered. If this were to 
happen in production, it is better to not draw anything at all first, to make 
it less noticeable. It is also ever so slightly faster. It can still be enabled 
in debug builds of course.
