What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first run cefclient,open one page with scrollbar.
2. open Control Panel of win7 and get into Appearance and Personalization -> 
Personalization
3. witch between windows 7 basic and windows classic

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all the area of browser scrollbar turn black, it happens frequently.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win7 32bit, cefclient r259
