Its worth pointing out that this affects both P2 upstream v4 and v5.

There should be an upstream issue created regarding it for v5. It is unclear weather upstream v4 will ever get the fix. I may end up fixing it here on this v4 fork and PR'ing it to upstream v4 for the general community
