Could you add information about setting up environment and system requirements? #3

For facilitating setting up environment, could you please add requirements.txt or something like that to specify the version of related libs and Python itself?

Furthermore, could you please add description about what operating system and hardwares this project runs on?

We have added the requirements.txt. We run the project on the GeForce RTX 3090 GPU.
