Volume keys not working #1

Volume keys are currently not working and the sound level is set to 100%.

The volume keys work during the splash video but not later on.

Closing conditions

[ ] Volume starts at a lower level.
[ ] Volume can be set using console buttons, ideally the ones dedicated to that.

Some additional information.

Running /usr/bin/pipewire -c /etc/pipewire/pipewire-pulse.conf manually (after copying the file there from /usr) I get the following when pressing volume keys:

Connection failure: Connection refused
