These changes move the file system and the launcher process to the SD card.
Also, remove ntp packages.

Some notes about the changes:
Check for SD card and rootfs at startup. Show error
message and power off the system if the SD card
is not found.
S50usbdevice -> s49usbdevice: in case it helps with adb
problems.
usb.sh -> for the time being executes same commands as
the old launcher. Waits 5 seconds after launching
weston to ensure RA will be launched after weston
initialization.
ps5000_ext_defconfig -> to generate the external rootfs.
Currently the same as ps5000_defconfig + usb.sh in place.
