The files http://2005.ruleml.org/index.html (as well as http://2005.ruleml.org/RuleML05-CFP-v7.html) has internal links that are broken. These are

<link rel=File-List href="RuleML05-CFPv7_files/filelist.xml">
<link rel=Edit-Time-Data href="RuleML05-CFPv7_files/editdata.mso">

and also

    mso-header:url("RuleML05-CFPv7_files/header.html") h1;

This html was auto-generated from MSWord, but apparently some companions files were not uploaded.
