missing symlinks #2

Some index.xml files do not render correctly because they utilized a symlink on the NRC server to point to the stylesheet directly under /ruleml.org

Proposed Fix: From http://ruleml.org/0.xy/index.xml etc., the stylesheet reference should point to ../homepage.xsl, and so on.

These pages have been moved to the wiki so the issue is moot.
