Option#4 implemented through issue #51 (attributes iri and node)

Still need to settle on prefixing and other attributes (e.g. attributes closure, style)

Implement Refinements A and F(A), but not E. Requires modification of modules for type and several attribute value defining modules. MYNG engine needs to be modified as well. Test instances adjusted due to backward-incompatibility of @type modification. Upgrader needs to modify the @type attribute values to resolve relative IRI references.
