Skipping Generic Interval, Time and Spatial #56

An experimental branch is being used to verify that <Interval>, $lt;Time> and tags around the Allen operators and the functional constructors (e.g. ) are skippable without causing problems with the content models. That is, the Relax NG can be converted to XSD without errors.
