Preserve settings for Contact Map #177

Something small I noticed in the current version of RB: if the option Show States is selected for the contact map, upon save the display reverts to Hide States, which forces the user to select Show States again, which is tedious. I think the default should be to preserve the status of this setting. (Note from Jim Faeder.)
