Batch scanning #81

Batch scanning will provide an interface to scan multiple parameters across a 
multitude of range types on multiple models. I've written some code for batch 
scanning called ScanBatch, which can serve as the backend:

There would be integration with math code from the BNG group.

There was a design proposed (possibly by Leonard Harris) via the BNG theory 
group for an interface, but I don't have the image on hand.
