Closes #209

Summary

Changes animal protections to always allow players to interact with their tamed animals.

Change Details

Updated onPlayerInteractEntity event handler
- Added check for tamed animal where player is the owner, and will always allow interaction.
- Updated entity exception list to include players, villagers, boats and minecarts.
