Summary

Adds integration with EssentialsX for support with protection against user homes and teleporting in enemy territory.

Change Details

Added dependency with EssentialsX 2.20.1.
Added new event listener for EssentialsX home updates and pre-teleport events.
Added new core.yml options for EssentialsX integration.
