Built-in combat logging

There is no combat logging prevention, even though there is combat tagging.

Describe the solution you'd like

Combat logging punishments would be a great addition.

Additional context

This isn't exactly a problem, because combat logging plugins exist, but Konquest does have a combat tagging feature which disables certain commands.

The combat tagging feature was a quick addition to serve as a basic solution to stop using some commands while in combat. I don't know if implementing a full combat logging solution in Konquest is worthwhile, as other plugins exist for this purpose. I understand the desire for combat logging protection, but it is low priority as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for your feedback.
