Add documentation #20

There is not much documentation to publish, and what we do have is not really documentation, just things like links to login, register, and dashboard.

I still think documenting or making a guide for that is super useful, you'll see as we expand you will have wished you already started making documentation as stuff will start to pile up.

.. there is some started at https://github.com/RunDavidMC/IoniFaucet/wiki .. it's on my immediate radar to improve n expand

That's perfect, ill try to expand on that later.
