Link to a learning Source #23

Now there is just a Quiz about HNS on the IoniFaucet but not any Link to resources. It would be easier for beginers to have easy acces to such resources so I would link to learn.namebase.io or any other source

The link to https://handshake.org/ is not bad but doesent explain it verry beginner friendly and also some of the Quiz Questions arent mentioned there

We should add more links to the page, but most of the time the links are sent with the faucet link due to the people that are using handshake names and forcing the people to resolve them. Thank you for the input.
