Add private game lobbies

[0xMugen]

Contract side:

• seperate the private games so they aren't listed in the public game repo
• Add a confirmation function for the invited paleyr (could be spawn)

Front end:

• implement the whole thing.

NOTE: needs naming for the simpler invites
