In certain regions of the client, you can't resize it even though the mouse cursor indicates you can. Party partially fixed this for some regions, but now the 2 pixel wide area where it lets you click and drag to resize has 1 pixel that works and 1 that doesn't. Some regions remain entirely non functional.
Additionally, this problem seems related to the fact that trying to resize on the close button closes the client when you release the mouse drag from resizing.
