Remove pencil icon on timed exam #1317

Students have access to the pencil icon on a timed exam and could then easily answer questions that ask them what code prints. Please remove the pencil icon from a page that has a timed-exam.

Students could do the same thing with ANY activecode that is part of the exam.

Yes, but they may not think of that.

I have set it up so that the scratch activecode is disabled on a page with a timed exam.
