Foundations of Python 12.13 Typo #228

Error reported in course ahspython on page PassingMutableObjects by user m22pi7 pl238461@ahschool.com Just a small typo, in the third paragraph the first sentence reads "If, one the other hand," rather than "If, on the other hand".
