Sync to master #238

This PR should bring back together all of updates from the ac101 branch back to master.

@presnick if you use the "hide whitespace changes" feature, this is Much easier to digest. My editor automatically removes trailing whitespace on the lines, so that added a bit of noise to this PR. Otherwise it looks like a lot of video updates and a few other typos/minor changes that should have gone into master in the first place.
