Following up on issue #233. I updated the glossary meaning from python shell and shell mode to hopefully clear up some confusion. I also updated some other terms in the glossary to align more closely with the definitions in the chapter. Glossary terms in Iterations chapter was updated to be in alpha order and small updates to Conditionals glossary was made as well.
