It is available online only, not in printed form, because it has lots of interactive elements.

It is available there for a long time or for a limited time. Your book is well written, I hats-off for your hard work to write such a useful book.

That server has been around for a long time, and I suspect it will be for quite a while to come. Hundreds of teachers use it every semester to run custom "courses".
