Fixes #87

Adds two CYU questions and adds an example.

Diamond,

Nearly all of the lines in the Variablesandparametersarelocal.rst file have an extra space at the beginning. This is why the diff is showing that the whole file has changed. This is probably a copy/paste issue from copying everything from the editor on the github page.

This will need to be fixed before I can merge this PR.
