We can open the company through a service like Crunch for roundabout 50 pounds. We need to define if we need a physical UK address as remote owners, how much it would cost.

Define our yearly accounting/tax/legal duties and choose either a tool or a service to handle these

Are we able to open bank accounts in Germany with this UK company?
