RpiOutputLights Class #6

Class to handle lights that are physically controled via relays, which are connected to the digital output pins on a Piface Board. To turn on the lights, it is sufficient to turn on the outpin pin that is connected to the light's relay. To switch off the light, the associated output pin needs to be set off.

Output Lights class put in production. Lights slaapkamer ouders are working with this new module.
