Use Kitura-WebSocket-NIO #216

Use with Kitura-WebSocket-NIO 1.0.0 instead of .exact("0.1.0-nio") on Kitura-WebSocket
Kitura-WebSocket at .exact("0.1.0-nio") pulled in the BlueCryptor dependency which was reused by SwiftBAMDC. Kitura-WebSocket-NIO does not depend on BlueCryptor and hence this dependency needs to be explicitly configured.

Swift 5 bring-up work for Kitura-Sample needs this.
