Since Diffusion Toolkit already supports getting metadata, adding tagging feature (to metadata, or to caption/text files) would greatly enhance the functionality.
Again, this is achievable through other applications, but no applications offer an AIO that can serve as a browser and a metadata manager.
(This also speaks to the metadata functionality in an earlier ticket).
