On the Profile page, "Welcome Jordan" is still displayed. Also, in the Settings page, account details cannot be changed without also entering a new valid password and the current password

Steps to reproduce the bug:
[ ] Login
[ ] Go to Profile Page
[ ] Look at what's written
[ ] Open the Settings page as either Rider or Driver
[ ] Enter a Name or Phone Number
[ ] Try to Submit
Expected Behavior
"Welcome" should be displayed on the profile page, and when submitting a change in account details that does not include a new password, they should be accepted.
