User Story

As a driver, I would like to search trips by times so that I can find trips I want to bid on.

Detailed Description

I only want to drive during specifc times, it would be convenient if my trip discovery page only includes trip during times I can take them.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Given i open a list of trips, then i see a UI to filter by time
[ ] Given i use the UI to filter by time, then only the trips within the timeframe are shown
