Icons corrupted #2

When Icons are assigned to stereotypes, then often, in use, they appear corrupted in both the toolbox and the project browser.

This occurs because EA doesn't support 32-bit BMPs, which is what's been generated by assets/scripts/svg2ea.sh.

Imagemagick convert seems to have some issues generating 24-bit BMPs. However, if we prefix the output file with BMP3:, then this forces an old-style 24-bit BMP, which is usable by EA.
