Images not rendered correctly for some Application Services items

The following elements from Application Services do not display correctly (render as grey box only).

API Gateway renders correctly in the shape editor

Elastic Transcoder does not render in the shape editor, yet the image name is correct.

For Elastic Transcoder, recreating a new file using Inkscape, with a different name, seems to allow the image to render in Shape Editor.

However, subsequently overwriting the hold file with the new one, and re-importing, results in the same error.

Oddly, having deleted the second image from the image manager, that image still works regardless.
