We need some way to track activity. So we perhaps can see who hasn't been online for a while.

And so developers can see whether it is intruding to update gris.

We can now log to a file. It is not in the database but that is probably fine. Seeing the specifics of who hasn't been online for a while is not easy (involves scanning the file or something) but it is probably not really necessary (as we will send out reminders for outstandings and such anyway).
