Add support for XDC Network #1

Hello ,

It will be great if any developer can consider support for the graph node for the ETH-compatible DPOS chain (XDC) Network.

I'm interested in the XDC network. I hope to do this within a month. Just to mention, I couldn't apply in gitcoin, I keep getting: There is already someone working on this bounty.

My action plan is:

Just to keep in mind. TheGraph decentralization network only works on Ethereum. So, you should provide a host-service.

I'm not able to apply for the job because It said someone has started. Let me know to do it.
