[FEATURE] Elytra Baritone 1.12 Chunk Follower #1523

What feature would you like to be added. This could be put under basefinder, but basically, a module that would use the new elytra baritone to follow 1.12 chunks in the nether.

should be somewhat easy to make, all you would have to do is supply goal coordinates to baritone that are within a certain old chunk width.
