The app does not recognise mic activity when 'Hey Google' is turned on. This feature can be found in Assistant Settings-Hey Google & Voice Match-Hey Google.
What this feature does is that the mic is always active in the background when the screen is on and activates assistant everytime I say 'Hey Google' or 'Ok Google'.
The issue is Privacy Dashboard doesn't recognise this activity. However, Privacy Dashboard does recognise Assistant's mic activity when assistant is activated through other methods such as long pressing home/power key or swipe from left/right edges. Hope this is resolved.
