Add a column for local exhaust #20

The local exhaust column will add the ability to model an exhaust air CFM that maybe in the room.

Example - Exhaust from a sterilizer room.

This has been added and called "Misc exhaust from the room".

It makes it a CAV once exhaust is added. is this the behaviour we want?

Fixed. this will now not make the box CAV. misc exhaust when alone will return from the room
