Search command and search ability

Given I walk around Then I will soemtimes detect secret doors when they are close to me

Given I use the search command Then my chances of finding secrets near me go way up

• base 5% chance to detect a secret door by being within one square of it (if you just run past you have 3 chances at it)
• Base 60% chance of finding a secret door within one square if search command (acts like rest) is used, 20% at two squares
• Ring of searching adds base %
• ?Detect Doors/Stairs shows all secret doors within radius 30
• ?Detect Traps shows traps within radius 30
• Draw green line where trap detection ends
• Show detect traps on player stats
• Gloves of Dexterity also add % search
• Search % is based on dex (bro do you even have stats)
