Add French traduction #46

@tchiguel I have added several new phrases to the viewer. You may update the translation, if you wish. Now it can be done more easily, because all the new phrases are already in the file, but with null values instead of translations. If you want to get notified in the future, once there are new phrases in the viewer, you may subscribe to this thread https://github.com/RussCoder/djvujs/discussions/63
