Comment out test case for 5.4 Grasp Candidate Exercise, part c #171

Since we removed this as a problem, I've commented out the test case. I believe this is all I have do to (although its not the most elegant method).

It's better to delete it (git remembers, and we don't want stale code). I'll go ahead and do it.
