Thanks a lot for developing this valuable tool for the whole community. I wonder if it is possible for you to share with me the sequences that were used to generate the hmm profiles?

Most of them are available in the associated ftp site from this paper: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41579-019-0299-x

The rest should you be able to also find in supplementary information from the papers listed in the README of this repository.
